Suggestion for companies
if you want to hire qualified
technical personnel, I would suggest not using outside recruiters. You
will not get good quality engineers that way. A company employee with
specific knowledge regarding the company they work for and the technical
specifics of the position with a direct email, ie someone@company.com,
would have a much higher probability of hiring someone qualified. It's
really not that hard to post a job on dice/indeed/CL and review
applicants. This is the way successful companies like Google and Apple
do it.
